I am a clinical psychologist and cognitive analytic therapist.  I am also an accredited supervisor.  My office is in Wokingham, close to Junction 10 of the M4.  Reading, Lower Earley, Crowthorne and Bracknell are within a 15 – 25 minute drive. Most clients prefer to see me online.

 

 I am experienced in helping individuals and parents who have difficulties owing to neurodiversity (such as autism and ADHD) and relationship problems, coping with trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, dealing with voices that others do not hear, and managing chronic pain.

I can clarify the difficulties you are dealing with through assessment and then, working in partnership with you, discuss ways of dealing with these problems and making positive changes.

 

Therapy can help you reduce your distress and enhance and promote your psychological well-being, especially by engaging in meaningful relationships and valued activities.

 

As I clinical psychologist, I integrate science, psychological theory and clinical knowledge in order to understand and relieve psychologically - based distress or dysfunction, as well as promote a better understanding of yourself
